The homecoming season of 2023 proved to be an exhilarating journey for Frequency Productions & Events. In only our third official homecoming season, we celebrated breaking yet another record in the number of schools that chose to book with us. The tireless dedication, meticulous planning, and relentless preparation invested by our team did not go unnoticed. Our top-notch team of DJs and employees worked seamlessly to orchestrate the perfect blend of music, entertainment, and organization, culminating in a formula for unparalleled success. Ocoee High School Homecoming 2023

At Ocoee High School's second homecoming with FPE, we brought out our signature new setup, "The Party Tent," to amp up the night's festivities. Building off our success at Olympia's prom a few months back, we pushed boundaries by enhancing the dance area's square footage and illuminating it with mesmerizing LED string lights intertwined with the overhead drapes. Keeping in line with Ocoee's enchanting theme of "Under the Stars," we transformed their gym into a celestial wonderland. Starry lights twinkled above the spacious dance floor, complemented by our cutting-edge twinkle drapes and a starlit pattern on our brand-new LED dance floor. Lake Buena Vista High School Homecoming 2023

We are proud to announce our second successful collaboration with Lake Buena Vista High School for their annual homecoming event. As trusted partners, FPE was once again selected to host the memorable evening, and this year, we took it to the next level! Introducing our innovative concept - the dual "Goal Post" structure, featuring sheer white drapery delicately draped over the dance floor, connecting both trussing structures. By strategically placing flood lights above, we were able to illuminate the drapes in any color of their choice, bringing their enchanting "Arabian Nights" theme to life in a mesmerizing way. But that's not all! To create an immersive experience, we incorporated over 80 feet of our twinkle drapes to construct a captivating tunneled entrance. The addition of more overhead draping further enhanced the ambiance, invoking the sensation of walking through an authentic Arabian market. Check it out below!
East River High School Homecoming 2023

New clients for FPE, East River High School, chose Frequency Productions & Events to host their homecoming this year! Working closely with multiple parties, our coordinated team effort led to the complete transformation of their gym, immersing guests in the enchanting theme of "A Night in the Bayou". Timber Creek High School Homecoming 2023

As former alumni of Timber Creek, it's always a pleasure to be involved with anything the school does! Returning to party with today's students during the homecoming event brought back tons of memories and was an absolute blast! The atmosphere at Hard Rock Live was electrifying, with the venue reaching its full capacity of 1600 students, leading to tickets being completely sold out. They also opted to have both our classic and 360 photo booths - making lifetime memories for anyone who made use of them! The energy and excitement were palpable, making the event a night to remember. We're already looking forward to returning for their next dance!
Edgewater High School Homecoming 2023

Return client, Edgewater High School, made the exciting choice to collaborate with Frequency Productions & Events for their highly anticipated homecoming! Drawing on our expertise, we delivered a stunning setup that included an impressive 30 feet of truss adorned with a variety of vibrant LED fixtures, complemented by our 20x20 LED dance floor. The dynamic display succeeded in pumping uo the atmosphere and ensuring that the students remained engaged and filled with energy throughout the night!
Horizon High School Homecoming 2023

As our first collaboration with Horizon for their homecoming event, we aimed to make a lasting impression. We introduced our renowned Party Tent setup alongside a specially crafted archway, ensuring a grand entrance for all of the students. To complement the Big City Lights theme, we incorporated a variety of lighting options including market lighting across the gym and vibrant neon signage, transforming the venue into a pulsating urban oasis! With this dance attracting an impressive 1400 in ticket sales, the evening was undoubtedly unforgettable for the students, leaving a vibrant mark on their high school memories. We can’t wait for our next event with Horizon High!
Winter Park High School Homecoming 2023

Winter Park High has consistently proven to be an exceptionally enjoyable school to collaborate with! For their Hollywood-themed homecoming, they decided on our immensely popular Party Tent setup which added just the touch of glamour to the event that they needed! We successfully captured the essence of elegance by incorporating overhead drapery for the dance floor, and our new LED dance floor underneath. Our 9ft tall Academy Award man stood as a majestic centerpiece, complementing the entire gym adorned in black and red pipe and drape. Apopka High School Homecoming 2023
Date: October 14, 2023 Venue: Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios Citywalk
This was our first time collaborating with Apopka High School, and there couldn't have been a more fitting setting than the renowned Hard Rock Live! Watching 800 students fill the venue with energy and joy as they danced beneath the massive 40-inch disco ball was truly a sight to behold. The vibrant atmosphere and spirited enthusiasm made for an unforgettable night for everyone involved. We eagerly anticipate our next project with Apopka High School, confident that it will be just as remarkable as this one!
Boone High School Homecoming 2023

Boone High School's first homecoming was an unforgettable night filled with spooky thrills and exciting surprises! The themed event, "Homecoming Horror Nights," transformed the school into a Halloween extravaganza reminiscent of Universal Studios' famous event. We pulled out all the stops with our impressive iBeam setup, featuring dynamic lighting effects such as extremely bright moving heads, lasers, flood lighting, and our centerpiece 20 inch mirror ball! The party was complete with three photo booths and a jaw-dropping grand entrance, featuring Halloween animatronics, inflatables, and a towering 13ft Jack Skellington! The feedback from students, administrators, and staff was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing awe at the unprecedented level of detail and creativity - stating “Boone has never had anything even remotely close to anything like this at any of their previous dances!” As we reflect on the success of this event, we look forward to returning for an equally incredible prom night, building on the momentum of this truly spectacular homecoming celebration! At Forest High School's first homecoming for us, we made a grand entrance with our new X-Beam setup that was elegantly adorned in Halloween colors and props, perfectly bringing the theme of the dance to life. The addition of our signature centerpiece mirror ball and our brand-new LED dance floor elevated the atmosphere, creating a truly unforgettable night for all the students. It was a pleasure collaborating with Forest High School, and we eagerly anticipate more opportunities to create magical events together in the future!
