Prom Season 2023
We are pleased to reflect on the successful Prom Season of 2023, which marked a a new significant milestone for Frequency Productions & Events as we further expanded our presence in the school market during. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with numerous schools, contributing to unforgettable prom experiences for students across Central Florida. Leesburg High School Prom 2023
Date: March 25, 2025 Venue: The Venetian Center, Leesburg
When Leesburg High School reached out to us as a first-time client, we were very excited! Knowing that they wanted a change, we knew they had come to the perfect team. We couldn't wait to showcase our awesome iBeam setup for their event. The trussing was adorned with mesmerizing lighting that illuminated the dance floor with vibrant colors. Overhead drapery added a touch of elegance, while lush greenery brought the "Enchanted Garden" theme to life. And let's not forget the CO2 cannons that added a burst of exhilaration during the high-energy parts of the dance. We also utilized the CO2 cannons for an amazing confetti blast towards the end of the dance! To capture memories, our dual photo booth was a hit among the students (standard and 360). It was undeniably an unforgettable prom experience for everyone involved, and we look forward to working with Leesburg again. Take a look at our setup walkthrough below!
Boone High School Prom 2023
Date: April 1, 2023 Venue: Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
While this was not our first dance for Boone High, it was our first major prom! At Frequency Productions & Events, we wanted to make sure it was a night to remember for everyone. So, we pulled out all the stops and chose our popular iBeam setup. With our impeccable sound quality and striking lighting effects, the dance floor at Boone's prom was electrifying! But we didn't stop there... To add an extra touch of distinction, we set up a massive 14ft projection screen, showcasing mesmerizing visuals that synchronized perfectly with the music along with overhead drapery. And of course, no prom is complete without a photo booth. To capture every special moment, we set up not one, but two photo booth stations, bringing unprecedented fun and excitement to the event. Horizon High School Prom 2023
Date: April 1, 2023 Venue: Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios CityWalk
We were thrilled to welcome back our returning clients, Horizon High School for prom once again! It is always a pleasure to collaborate with them, and this time we had the privilege of hosting their event at the renowned Hard Rock Live. Working at this venue is an absolute delight as it offers a seamless experience for both us and our clients. Not only did we provide our exceptional DJ services, but we also introduced dual photo booths, adding an extra layer of fun and excitement to the event. Forest High School Prom 2023
Date: April 15, 2023 Venue: World Equestrian Center, Ocala
Forest High was a new client for us this year, and we couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! As a leading provider of DJ, lighting, and photo booth services, we were determined to make their event one they would talk about for a long time... And boy, did we succeed! The feedback we received from Forest High was nothing short of phenomenal. From the perfectly curated music playlists to the stunning lighting effects that created an incredible atmosphere, every element was executed flawlessly. The 360 photo booth and it’s inflatable cube enclosure was a major hit, capturing priceless moments that will be cherished for years to come. We are humbled by the positive response and are already excited to work with Forest High again in the future!
Dr. Phillips High School Prom 2023
Date: April 15, 2023 Venue: Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios CityWalk
Dr. Phillips High School, a long-standing client, reached out to us once again to DJ their prom at the iconic Hard Rock venue. The anticipation was high as we prepared for the event, knowing that it would be an unforgettable night. This venue has always been a pleasure to work at, with its stunning aesthetics and professional staff. As the DJ, we had the privilege of setting the perfect tone for the evening, and it was incredible to see how the students embraced the energy and excitement. The footage below is a testament to the awesome party we helped create; the dance floor was constantly packed, and the atmosphere was electric. It's moments like these that remind us why we love what we do!
Hagerty High School Prom 2023
Date: April 22, 2023 Venue: Hard Rock Live at Universal Studios CityWalk
Hagerty's first time working with us was a memorable experience. We had the opportunity to collaborate on a "plug-n-play" event at Hard Rock, where their incredible sound and lighting system allowed us to solely focus on providing DJing services. It was an absolute blast to showcase our talent in such a renowned venue. The night was filled with high energy and great vibes, ensuring everyone had an amazing time. As a new client, Hagerty left with nothing but positive feedback, which further solidified our reputation for delivering exceptional entertainment. We look forward to more exciting collaborations in the future!
Timber Creek High School Prom 2023
Date: April 29, 2023 Venue: Hilton Orlando
We were absolutely thrilled to work with Timber Creek High School again for their 2023 prom! For the first time, they chose our popular iBeam setup, and the results were absolutely stunning. The theme for the evening was “Nuit De Glamour” (“Wednesday Adams” meets “Phantom of the Opera”), and our team ensured that every aspect of the dance lived up to the theme's glamorous vibe. The ballroom was transformed into a dazzling space that left everyone in awe. Our state-of-the-art sound system delivered crystal clear audio, while our mesmerizing lighting design created a captivating ambiance. The combination of our sound, lighting, and photo booths, truly rocked the entire ballroom, making it a night to remember for everyone in attendance. Olympia High School Prom 2023
Date: May 6, 2023 Venue: Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
We were beyond thrilled to have Olympia High School as return clients at Frequency Productions & Events. Their continued trust in our services speaks volumes about their satisfaction with our previous collaborations. For their prom this year (2023), Olympia has chosen to elevate their experience even further by opting for one of our best setups, aptly named "The Party Tent”. This state-of-the-art setup combines cutting-edge technology with sleek design, creating the perfect ambiance for any celebration. With immersive surround sound, mesmerizing lighting effects including our LED dance floor and LED wall, along with two of our photo booths (standard and 360), Olympia was able to rest assured knowing that we were able to make their prom a spectacular and unforgettable experience! Deland High School Prom 2023
Date: May 6, 2023 Venue: Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront
Deland High School once again chose Frequency Productions & Events as the host for their prom! Despite the smaller scale of the setup, we are committed to providing nothing short of a mesmerizing experience for the students. Our bright lighting and sound rig are guaranteed to fill the ballroom with electrifying beats, creating an unforgettable night. And that's not all! To capture the memories in a unique way, our 360 photo booth was also there, adding an extra touch of excitement to the event!
